Ross is small enough that a rumor is a local event. The best one is that a certain local actor wanted a tunnel dug to the police station. There was always a cop car parked out front, and it would look better as a '66 Cadillac. For about a decade, two brothers here ran a feud with the local police that played out like the Dukes of Hazzard. This shirt is for them.
